A.S On the water |
A.S "On the water" is the coaching side to A.S Watersports.
AS "On the Water" offers friendly, professional kayak or canoe lessons for adults. We aim to run a variety of courses, lessons, coaching and trips through the year but we pride ourselves on catering for newcomers to the sport.
All our courses are run by a full time experienced inhouse instructor Liam. Working on a small student to instructor ratio means courses and sessions always work to your aims, needs and pace.
Based from our shop in Exeter, Devon means we have great access to the water as well as a fantastic range of modern Sea, Sit on Tops, Touring and River Kayaks.
We use modern popular boats for our tuition, including Pyranha, Dagger, Wilderness Systems, Perception, Mad River and Venture.

They are an extremly valuble resource to paddlers and outdoor enthusiasts on the moor.
Voluntary Organisation
One key element about us is that we are a voluntary organisation that relies on the valued time and effort of its team members. We are also a registered charity (number: 1106098) and rely on kind donations from industry and the public plus fundraising activities by our members. Our members include a wide diversity of professionals, including A&E consultants, social care workers and electronics engineers.
